1. the Battery can not been recharge
ANS : the Battery have be exchanged, and DO NOT recharge each treatment, this act will damage  battery. or cause by poor contact between Charger and Product. or cause by not correct charging position.

2. the Charger stand is no working
ANS : CAUTION !!   DO NOT let any liquid drop into charge slot, it will damage PC Board. or cause by DC Adapter was out of function.

3. the Body of product was crack or out of shape
ANS : CAUTION !!   DO NOT use a solvent or volatile sterilization for cleaning.

4. the Body of product was out of shape form Battery
ANS : DANGER !!   STOP use product immediately, may Charge Stand out of function (can not stop recharge), Please, send whole set of product to your agency.

5. when push buttom switch was no alarm (a short beep)
ANS : the PC Board of product was out of function.

6. the display was unclear
ANS : the PC Board of product was out of function.

7. lower luminance of LED
ANS : may cause by the parts of LED PC Board or Battery was out of function. or cause by poorly Fiber Optic

8. the Charger Signal was been flashing
ANS : the PC Board of charger was out of function.

9. the Product can not automatically switch off after being left at rest ofr a long term
ANS : the PC Board of Product was out of function.
